Clearing an office means old workstations, stacks of chairs, filing cabinets, conference tables and outdated equipment, and it can't happen in the middle of a workday. We work around your hours, after close or on a weekend, and carry everything out of the suite so the space is empty and ready to hand back or rebuild.
We've cleared offices and commercial spaces across Metro Atlanta since 2009, for tenants, property managers and companies relocating or downsizing. The price is set before we load, and usable furniture and equipment are donated instead of dumped.

How much does an office cleanout cost in Atlanta?
Our prices vary by job, but we keep them competitive and straightforward. Once the scope is confirmed and you approve your quote, there are no hidden fees or surprises for the quoted work.
Can you work after hours or on weekends?
Yes. We schedule around your business hours, after close or on a weekend, so the clear-out never interrupts the workday.
Do you take cubicles, and disassemble them?
Yes: cubicle walls, panels and partitions are broken down and hauled, along with the desks, chairs and everything else.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Many commercial buildings require a certificate of insurance on file. Let us know the building's requirements and we'll provide one before the job.
Can you do same-day, or schedule it ahead?
Both. Same-day is often available, and for a planned move or downsizing we set a date and window that works for you. Call (770) 676-0810 to arrange it.
What happens to the old office furniture?
Usable furniture and working equipment are donated to local charities where we can, and recyclables are diverted, so most of the load stays out of the landfill.
