Do you clear the whole unit, or only part of it?
Either. Most people want the unit emptied completely so they can hand back the keys, but if you are keeping some of it, point at what goes and we work around the rest. You do not lift anything either way.
What happens to everything you take out?
We sort it. Over 65% of what we collect is recycled or donated to local charities rather than landfilled, and anything still usable goes to a charity that will take it.
